I called the owner, I called the police, police never showed up till next day. The owner sent her cleaning lady but by that time they had left but then returned in my face again threatening me "people get hurt when they don't just mind their own business" (they heard me calling police) A regular guy came in after they left said they are regularly in there. I then went to Tommy Suds, found out 2 women same things happened to them here. Be careful

My biggest beef is that if you lose money in any machine, it is a real hassle to get it back. There…read moreis no one there. It's getting to the point where this will be my last trip. Update: I did get in touch with the owner, but he wouldn't send a refund in the mail and insisted I had to drive over to the laundromat when he was there, at his convenience. I don't see this as good customer service. Send the refund in the mail already. (The owner offered $5 in compensation for losing $1.50, but he was asking me to drop everything and run to the laundromat at his convenience, when perhaps it could be a busy and awkward time of day for me to do this and could cost me more than $5. Moreover, it would take a minimum of 30 minutes to get there and come back, which, even at minimum wage, is $7 of my time. This does not include the minimum $ 1.50 (at the time I started counting) I lost in the machines, or the cost of gas and wear and tear on the car.) At this rate, how many more quarters am I going to lose in the change machine?
