They shamed me one time for not spending enough money to use a credit card and told me there was a minimum. I will tell you after getting gas here today, they have upgraded the pumps finally and they are nice.

Missy Marlow Reported…read more Last night at Texas Triangle convenience store in Acton, a customer left, went to his car, lit a small cigar and grabbed a gun. He walked back into the store. Before entering the store he placed the gun in his pocket. The cashier (without seeing the gun at this time) asked him to extinguish his cigar. He placed the lit cigar behind his left ear. At the counter you can clearly see he pulls out the gun at the register. He did not threaten her with the gun but it was still a very scary situation. Thankfully another customer came and stood behind him. Not sure what the intentions were of the guy with the gun but I can't imagine they were good. We stayed there for an hour and a half with the cashier. I asked the cashier where the owners were. She said she called them to let them know. They instructed her to NOT call the police and that one of the owners would be there at their regular schedule time at 8:30. Very shaken we were not going to leave her there alone. She had no key to lock the store and nothing to defend herself with. In the meantime the owners were not calling or texting her back. She just didn't want to leave the store unlocked. I wanted to thank another gentleman that stayed there also for a good hour. After a while I told the young girl she had to call the police. An officer showed up but still the owners were nowhere to be seen. The officer was very kind and helpful. He was there about 30 minutes and then he left. Still no owners arrived to make sure she was okay or anything. After the officer left, every white car made her very anxious and nervous. She clearly did not need to still be there. I had her call and text the owner that she was leaving and the store would be unmanned. Within five minutes one of the owners showed up. There is another gentleman that stayed up there with us for a good hour and I believe his name is Bruce. I really want to thank him, he took time out of his day to make this cashier feel safer and she really appreciates it and so do we. As far of the owners at Tx Triangle... shame on you. --------------------------------------------------- there is video and photographic proof of this incident! --------------------------------------------------- I will never spend another dime in your store! How dare you leave a human being in that situation, how dare you advise her to NOT call the police!
