What a lovely, friendly boutique on the Plaza St-Hubert…read more I was prepared for prices here to be a bit higher, because the clothing & accessories are designed and made in Canada (mostly Quebec). I don't mind paying a bit more to shop locally. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the prices were comparable to my local chain ladies' clothing store (Reitmans, Laura or similar) -- for much better quality of fabric/construction and more interesting designs. I had a really great experience here, trying on a dozen items before settling on a top and a dress which both fit like a charm and look great. Again, a surprise because often this kind of small-scale clothing comes only in sizes small, extra-small, and super-tiny...which I am not.

They also have gorgeous locally-designed jewellery that I'd have in my own collection if I wasn't so busy spending all my money on clothes! This is THE place to go for bathing suits and bikinis - along with some specialty commercial items like Body Glove bikinis, they also have a fine selection of Montreal-designed bikinis and bathing suits. Everything is soooooooooooo cute! I honestly got the SWEETEST, sexiest, classiest dress I've ever owned from this shop. I could easily drop $500 every time I step foot inside. Things are fairly priced on the high end, and you're going to pay up for local designers (as we all should - this isn't cheap, made in China crap that will fall apart in three weeks). I paid $80 for the kickass bra, and peeps, it was worth it. Just ask my manfriend. Finally, I should mention that the staff are super helpful without constantly watching over your shoulder or trying to make a sale. They're there if needed, and otherwise leave you to your shopping delight.

I visited the store today (Nov. 3rd, 2017) for some fall boots/shoes…read more I had a pleasant experience with the store lady who answered a couple of my questions and assisted me in choosing models that would fit what I was searching for. I did not feel pressured to buy anything, which I had in the past when administration was different, if my memory is correct. The clerk left me alone to try, which I personally appreciate because I can take the time to walk around a little and ponder on how they feel without a staring eye waiting for me to buy. Maybe the only thing is that I have looked at about ten pairs of shoes, mentally wondering what would be the best choice for me for about 10 minutes and went to ask the clerk directly to try it on before they had the initiative to ask if I needed so assistance, which I was in need of today :) But overall good experience today, friendly and relax clerk.

I was barely greeted at the door and the employee (scruffy guy) just grunted at me throughout my purchase (incredible to think I actually bought something). People came in, and were pretty much out immediately. The cashier kept her back to the wall, singing along to the in-store music. Classy. I remember them having in-store interviews and grilling the youths on how they would interact with the customer, is this really the best they could find?! Hire me already. I'm with the previous reviewer, the saleslady (and manager?) they used to have was pretty much the sole good reason for coming: she had impeccable style, good banter, knew the store inside-out and even offered payment options. Where is sheeee?! I find X20 on St Denis has less wide of a selection (they stock more classic stuff, while this place will have the newest collections) but I guess I'll have to give them my business.

The service at the time was acceptable, my fiancé got measured and we opened a file for the wedding. We were told we would be contacted to make a paiement for the custom suit at a later date. We were assured the suit would be ready in time. 2 weeks before our wedding we had not heard back from them so we went in store to inquire. Turns out, THEY NEVER ORDERED THE CUSTOM SUIT. So there we were, 2 weeks to the wedding and the groom had no suit. What did they offer to rectify the situation? Knock of 50$ for our groomsmen rental and order a rental for the groom. I do not think that is anywhere near what should have been offered. So we went from a brand new custom suit to a barely discounted rental. It was as if they didn't acknowledge the importance of the groom having the attire we originally planned for. Needless to say we refused to spend an extra penny to this company and went another route to clothe my fiancé on his wedding day. Head office will definitely be hearing from me.
