He sizes me up and can tell what looks good on me. He knows how to gently push me into something more modern and stylish than I am used to. Within a few minutes he has me try on two or three pairs. All of which fit great and make me feel good. I usually buy two because I live in Toronto and don't make it out to Montreal very often. And the prices? Best I've found, cheaper than Jeans, Jeans, Jeans. This includes the onsite tailor. In summary, this amazing store has taken the process of buying jeans and makes it painless. Now, I'm giving this company a 4 out of 5 stars because I've spoken to the Manager of the boutique and I'm quite satisfied with our discussion. I will place an order with them in the future and once I've done that I will further update this post to reflect my experience. ********************************************************************************** I really wanted to like this company. Their dresses look beautiful and I was truly very excited to get my new dress in the mail. I've read that they come in these beautiful boxes and that their clothes are really quite nice. So I don't comment on their clothes, because I didn't get mine. But I can comment on their costumer service. I had purchased a dress on Sunday (Easter Sunday) and by Tuesday I was sent a text message that my purchase had shipped (whoohoo!). On Wednesday I thought I'd check to see how far along it had come but the Canada Post # was incorrect (I put it into the Canada Post tracking field and it said that the # was wrong). So I spoke with Melanie about it and she said that they actually didn't have my dress anymore and that they had made a mistake. I was super disappointed because: A) They charged my credit card B) They sent me a faulty Canada Post tracking number C) And I had to contact them three days after my order to get this information (They say the dress will take 1-5 business days to get to your address). When I asked for a discount code on a future purchase (because I was still interested in trying the company out) they said no. I was a little confused because this was truly their mistake and as a new costumer, I thought they would be more sympathetic. Anyways, I've uploaded the entire conversation thread to this review. You can read it for yourself. Oh and at the end of the conversation, a new rep comes into the conversation, Miriam. She says that there is nothing we can do and actually they require 1-3 days to box the item and then it gets shipped out. Which doesn't make any sense because why was I sent a shipping # at all then? Instead, I was sent a shipping number and as a result, I assumed (like most people would) that their order was on its way. Unsatisfied costumer.
