I kept hearing from my mother in law that we had to come to visit her shoe guy at Runner's Depot…read morethe next time we came to visit them and were so glad we did! We made an appointment to come see owner Brian, definitely recommend making an appointment as it can get quite busy in season. We arrived and waited a few minutes and Brian came out and greeted us and did a custom consultation for me and my husband and mother in law. Bring your current shoes and socks and they'll watch your form and check the conditions of your current shoes, and if you don't need new shoes, they don't try to pressure you either. Brian was so nice and professional and an expert at what he does. Shoe prices were very reasonable too and you didn't feel like you were getting ripped off. It's truly an honest owner and a great business, and highly recommend checking out if you're in the area.

I've been having a gait issue and he took the time to watch me walk in different footwear, including the pair I walked in wearing, and also in just socks. He must have spent an hour with me. He was really caring and is very customer service oriented. The shoe selection is mor than adequate, and if they don't have it they will order it. The prices are in line with anywhere else selling the same shoes, even on-line. He even carried my new shoes out to the car in the rain. I will say...he goes above and beyond. Thanks again Brian! The Brooks Glycerin 22, 9 Wide was the shoe for me.

I'll try to post a review again. My apologies Yelp is on the fritz. Hopefully I'm still part of…read moretrying to help the communities grow and prosper. "Why all the blah, blah? When all you'd like is to buy shoes" Because, I'm a solid loving Yelper. Ok, folks trying for the THIRD TIME. No not upset:-/ Just a persevering woman. Loving our Yelp for allowing us to give you the truth in a respectful Love All Sort Of Way:-) Sunday 11/10/19 I shopped at this location for the first time. Primary just to browse, I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who asked me, if I needed any help or had anything in mind since they were having such a great sale. Looked around and of course my change of the season passion is boots. I found myself surrounded by a most definitely excellent selection. Very good prices, colors and styles. The best part is my size was readily available which was a treat. I must confess I am a 6 1/2 for some reason they seem to go quickly most shoe stores. This store is definitely very clean a big plus. Well organized, quiet environment and best of all the employees are not pushy they do inform you that they're just there in case you need them. I did Noticed they had an incredible assortment of shoes and socks for kids. Since Christmas is around the corner. You may want to keep in mind before the rush that there are some really good buys at this store for your little ones or teenagers. The men's department had a good selection from sneakers, sandals, boots and sport shoes such as deck shoes. Lots of purses and accessories for the ladies and for the children. I will be back to the store to take more pictures. *** since, they have the most whimsical holiday socks at reduced prices. Enjoy your shopping looking for great deals. Like I said, before Yelp is a great resource finding businesses in your community. Specially if you're traveling.

Our items were described as "open box, not tested" other items said "new, other" also said "cordless". When we received the item it was corded, not cordless and there was red stickers on each item that clearly said "Defective" which was conveniently left off listing photos. Seems pretty misleading, won't buy anything from auction again.

OTG recently relocated to a new warehouse just a few signal lights north of where they were…read morepreviously established. The new location appears to have more storage for incoming stock, while the sales floor seems to be about the same amount of display space. The layout is more organized, and they have some new display racks and cases. It is a lot easier to look through the clothing and find specific sizes. Cosmetics, toiletries, household items, and cleansers are much more organized on the shelves. On the flip side, I think regular patrons were really hoping for air conditioning. It is highly recommended you go before noon and take a drink with you as it warms up quickly. They do have some fans to move the air, but it's just not enough in the afternoons to keep shoppers comfortable. They still have some great deals, but as other shoppers have mentioned, prices are higher than we were accustomed to. Where we often found adult clothing starting at $3, $5, & $7 with bo/go on $7 and up, now most clothing starts at $15, $20, & up. They also used to offer bo/go on purses, which I haven't seen yet, but maybe I missed it, or they haven't run that special yet. They have a tv screen mounted in a central location that displays any special deals they are running, so check that first before you start shopping. Most cosmetics are $1.50 each, purses $14.99 & up, and jewelry is still buy one for $5 get one free (or 2/$5). They have a lot of baby items, children's clothing, children's toys, housewares, small electronics/appliances, linens, furniture, rugs, shoes, and pet supplies. There is plenty of parking, food truck on site most days, and someone who sells frozen treats outside the warehouse. In order to use a credit card for your purchases, you must have at least $10 in merchandise, so be prepared with cash if spending less than $10. They also award you with $10 in OTG "cash" for every $50 you spend. You can come back the following week and redeem the $10 rewards on Wed or Thurs towards your purchase. Others have mentioned that the management and staff have displayed rude behavior, but I have not experienced that. Workers on the floor have been helpful about obtaining prices if an item is unmarked, helped locate specific items to see if they have it, and the cashiers have been friendly and personable. I had an item I bought that didn't work once I got it home, and I had no trouble returning and exchanging it. The only criticisms I have is that it is difficult to get through with a shopping cart, more big fans might help circulate the air, and they may want to relocate the nail polish bottles over by the jewelry. I have found when checking out, folks park their carts in front of the nail polish display and until they are done, it kind of holds up the rest of the folks who are ready to check out. It would be nice to see clothing prices lowered. They are not as deeply discounted as they were before the move and are more comparable to retail prices creating less of a draw to come shop for clothing. I enjoy stopping into OTG to shop around and will continue to shop here. Always look forward to seeing what's new on the floor and finding some good buys.
