In the small town of Uster, there isn't a whole lot of restaurants. Especially those with flexible opening hours, and this one even opens on a Sunday/holidays (like Easter). So I give a four stars for this place in Uster, which is quite accommodating for someone who is in Uster and doesn't feel like heading to Zurich. But I wouldn't recommend trekking out to this place if you are in Zurich, there are plenty of good places there that doesn't warrant a special trip to this residential town.
The outside doesn't look promising, but don't judge a book by it's cover, the interior is much more inviting. A decent place to eat out w friends or family. There is also outdoor dining if weather is suitable. The service was prompt and courteous.
The menu has a vast selection of dishes, ranging from a large choice of pizza, to Zurich specialties like schnitzel and egli filets, burritos, salads, etc.
It's not near the Bahnhof station, but a short bus ride or car ride will get you there, and they have ample parking spaces in restaurant's parking lot. read more
