It works like this: you pick a drink out of the cooler, then decide whether you want soup, a baked potato, a salad, or pasta, and then pick your toppings (well, except if you chose soup). You get four toppings, but you can at more at an extra charge. And you get a bun or two as well. (The buns are great, but I have to skip them, since I need to avoid carbohydrates.) There are tables and stools inside, but I noticed that a lot of people take their food to go. I like the food, I like the decor, I like the business model. Other things I noticed: - they don't have a toilet! - food prices are higher than expected. my photo shows a Bauernsalat (3,50) and gyros with salad (6,90) but the salad was kraut only - the salsa is not hot at all :( - since the shop is quite small it smells of grease. that's probably the case of every kebab here in Germany ;) - furniture is nice and staff friendly if you don't want to go to the loo it's probably a good place to have lunch.

We started by eating the crisp skin with mustard. Crunchy! Then we dug into the tender meat and sauerkraut. It was delicious and more than two of us could eat.
