The exterior was well maintained and was easy to enter and exit. The fuel pumps were in great condition and it definitely seems to be a popular stop for the locals on a weekday morning. I didn't need to go inside so I didn't have any interaction with the staff here - it's always nice when the receipt dispenser works perfectly when traveling outside your area which saves a lot of time and a walk inside when it's not necessary. I'll definitely remember this stop when traveling across the state and stop in again if needed...

Pulling up and getting my coffee, I was absolutely blown away with the friendly attitude and service from this location. We'd never been to this Elianos before because we're not from this area. The employee who served us was rude and inattentive. Let me explain: I ordered a Carmelia coffee, and when I asked for another coffee of the same flavor but sugar-free, she told us that it wasn't available. Since the sign wasn't very clear, we asked her which one was sugar-free, and she rudely told us, "I just told you, the Carmelia is not sugar free." Her attitude towards us felt so unpleasant and uncomfortable that we decided to just buy my coffee and have my husband go to the gas station next door and buy a coffee. I would gave appreciated if she had given us some options. I don't usually like leaving bad reviews, but it's because of people like this that businesses don't thrive. Besides, that doesn't mean I won't have coffee at Elianos again, but I won't be returning to this particular location.

Because of the flavors, and the inventiveness of the kolaches, this place deserves a five star rating. The service was also very good, and the staff was attentive and responsive. On my second visit, the bakery was wiped out. I tried a donut again, a muffin, and a spinach pastry. And none of that was exciting, the muffin being a bit dry. The coffee still kicked butt, so I think that a 4 star rating is appropriate. Go and get those kolaches.
