I came in to get my watch sized correctly. After they resized it they offered back the watch and…read morethe extra links and started wrapping up the transaction. One of the other team members then came up and let them know that there were still parts from my watch in the back. They then took back my watch and the bag of extra links; It sounded like they didn't know about the end caps for the rod that secures the links together. After a few minutes they came back and gave me my watch and all of the extra parts; the resize was $15. Since then the little rods have been sliding loose/ out of the links by as much as 2-3mm. It also looks like some of the rods are missing their end caps which explains the sliding. If the other employee didn't notice the extra parts in the back I'm not sure if they would have been returned to me. I'm also not sure if this resize was done correctly because of the loose link rods. It could be they were unfamiliar with the brand of watch; it was Seiko, a Japanese brand. If so I wish they would have refused the resize instead of offer a subpar job. Images attached: The rods have been labeled 1-8. I believe rods 1, 2, 4, and 5 have been left alone.
