I've had these guys for years. Last year my sewage line failed, and they took care of everything…read more this year it failed again in a different spot, and again they paid for everything. The remaining line was crumbling, but was not in a failure condition. I figured I should get a liner installed because I figured I'm at risk of non-renewal by NWC after these two claims. They have not at the time of this writing but I wanted to take advantage of the "free hole" rather than pay more later. NWC offered $1500 to subsidize the liner, which is pretty cool. Overall, I'm very impressed with them. They are timely, and the contractor they work with (Servco) is awesome and very friendly.

There is a reason this insurance is so cheap, if you use it, they will drop you!…read moreI had a water leak in my main water line to my house, which is under my driveway. We made a claim and had the repair done, with no problems. However, we noticed another leak in the same line about a week later, again, called National Water Company, they sent someone out to repair. about 2 weeks later, once again, another leak in the same pipe. I called this company once again and asked if we could just replace the line. I was told, "Oh no, National Water Company will just keep repairing. Oh, by the way, since this is your 3rd claim, you will likely be dropped at the end of the year." I was told they would contribute the cost of a repair, which was $1200, but I would need to pay for the rest, if I wanted the pipe replaced. Total cost of replacement was $7,000. So, I paid the difference of $5800 to have the pipe replaced even though there is supposedly $10,000 in coverage for repair or replacement. About a week later, I received a notice of non-renewal for being high risk. By the way, all this was happening while my husband was in the hospital recovering from Sepsis. The letter on non-renewal was the icing on the cake. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for false advertising.
