She took the time to get to know me, what I was looking for and didn't waste time helping me find the place I can call home. She could tell within minutes of walking up to a property if it was worth a walk through or if we should move onto the next one. Philippa took the time to make sure I understood what to look for in a house as well as every part of the home buying process. When my initial offer didn't get accepted, she quickly negotiated details of my offer with the listing agent on a deal that worked out perfectly for everyone involved. If you want a realtor who knows what she's doing and can make anything in the home buying/selling process a breeze, Philippa is the best.

Jennifer not only found me a listing outside of her network, she also found a lender who locked in the best possible rate for a VA loan. She is very bright, extremely motivated and professional and detailed and I highly recommend using her services for any real estate transaction or ABNB. Note: This is not your normal real estate agent. She picks up her phone 24/7 and acts on your behalf in the best possible way. We closed the deal on my home in Venice, Florida last May. Bottom line up front: If you value your time and money you need Kris Kennedy!…read more I'm a planner. When the Navy told my husband we were moving to the Tampa Bay Area, I immediately started to research local area real-estate agents. Kris Kennedy got many favorable reviews across my most trusted websites and here on Yelp he's a total rockstar. After our initial conversation I knew he was the agent for us. We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. This process was seamless in no small part thanks to the tireless workings of Kris Kennedy and his network of professionals.

Later, we received an email from Page with three places that were EXACTLY what we were looking for!! Long story short, we ended up with a new build (which we honestly would not have even looked at without her) and she hung in there and kept her arms around ALL processes, from financing, to construction, inspections, etc. People think you do not need a realtor to look at new builds. Trust me, you need THIS realtor. She eased our stress immensely and we absolutely would not have closed when we needed to (we were getting ready to leave the country) had she not fought so hard for us. SO knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. Don't let the cuteness fool you, she is a pit bull when needed!!

So we sat down and she asked me what I thought my property was worth and gave her that number based on my own research. Then she said since our numbers were far apart she didn't feel she could list my property. I guess charts and graghs have worked there way into real estate {which doesn't paint a true and accurate picture since you never know what a property is worth till you sell it} real estate is like antiques its worth what someone is willing to pay for it {everyones price is different as well as budget}

We used Vincent Arcuri to sell our home in Tampa last summer and he was outstanding…read more Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Ellie and Associates Team stood out as the best Tampa has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, their TV show is informative and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Vince and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Vince made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. If you're considering a realtor whether buying or selling -call Vince !

Two years ago I contacted Sanchez and Co. about our desire to move from the mid-west to the Tampa,…read moreFL area. I was connected to Jonathan Rivera and he took the time to listen to our vision of the kind of home and timeframe we were looking for. Knowing that it would be a while before we actually made the move, he took the time to set me up on the listings page and would send weekly updated for us to review. The Covid-19 pandemic forced me to work from home and once I received word we would be working from home for at least till after next summer we moved up our moving plans. We put our home up for sale in Indiana and it took most of the summer to sell. Once we got an accepted offer, we scheduled a week in the Tampa to look at homes. Jonathan met us the day after we arrived and had set up several homes that were on our watch list. The market was so hot that many homes would go under contract before we could tour them. Jonathan did a great job of rearranging our schedule to see as many homes as we could. We found a home we put a bid on but they took another offer since our house in Indiana had not closed. We were pretty disappointed but Jonathan continued to research homes and found a couple that were just outside of the area we were looking at turned out to be the perfect location for us. The seller was out of state but Jonathan kept the process moving along to get it done in a reasonable timeframe. All through the process Jonathan did a great job of keeping us on track of what we needed to do and went well beyond what any realtor has ever done for us. The seller picked a title company that had many bad reviews and our experience was bad also. Jonathan helped us navigate the many documents and explained many things that the title company should have explained. So glad we had him to guide us through the process! I have used many realtors over the years but Jonathan is head and shoulders above any I have ever had to represent us in the home buying process. I highly recommend Jonathan if you are looking to buy or sell in the Tampa area.

We actually lost out on our first offer and were pretty bummed. Immediately the next morning the first email I saw was from Yvette with a new listing that met our needs and was about $100k less than the first one. She made time to go see the home with us at a moments notice knowing our time was limited. And our offer was accepted. Even after closing she made sure our issues were addressed. I'd highly recommend Yvette and team to anyone looking to purchase or sell.

He is professional, precise, knowledgeable and communication felt like I was the only client he had. Him and Rob came out and assisted with staging of our home. Their eye for design is without question on point. A lot of real Eatate agents have no idea about design and really don't understand their clients. Aaron is amazing with understanding what matters to his specific client the most. He listens and pretty sure he never stops working. He works hard for his clients to get them the best deal. He sold our house at the price higher than we listed for. Most agents wanted to list our house for 20k below what we were wanting to list, aaron and rob rolled with it and made it happen over asking. They stayed with us every step of the way and more than professional assistance, they assisted like a friend. They really cared and gave their honest opinions. Lord knows I'm not the easiest to work with but the patience his team had was outstanding. Josh who is another agent on the team was out of this world as well, everyone who Aaron surrounds himself with is top notch. I can't imagine anyone else assisting with our home selling process. Not to mention they were the agents for the buying of our new home- which we got under listing, in this market!!! Hire Aaron, you will not be disappointed.
