They were here for almost 6 hours and the before and after was a huge difference. The crew removed all the debris and raked/swept up any remnants from their trimming activities. You couldn't tell by looking at the ground in the areas where the crews were working that branches were cut down and some cut into smaller pieces. I was quite impressed with the end result. Job well done!

Told me all will be taken care of will send to insurance company. None of that happened. The workers used our ladder for the tarp and never cleaned driveway. Received invoice in mail. Called office. The lady in the office extremely rude!!!! Said "Well we always send the bill to the customer. We have no idea if your insurance is good?" That is awful. Shame on you guys. I hope Usaa bans your service.

Finding trustworthy and professional contractors in Toledo is such a hassle and most of the time…read moreoverpriced for services. I am originally from the Toledo area and assist my mother with all of her contracting in that area and it is night and day compared to where I currently reside. I contacted Tree Monkey after reading reviews on FB and Google, I determined then I would work with them. They came bright and early on the day scheduled (set up appointment in July and appointment was in Sept). The service was nearly 2x's less than the next arborist in the Toledo and in addition to that ran in line with what I would've paid in the city I currently reside in. Ok .. so I'm going to get them five stars but that said I swear it's only us this stuff happens…read moreto!!! They came with high recommendations from two friends Without going into 20 paragraphs all I can say is they're communication sucked they're promises of being here then not showing up sucked understandable they had some emergencies and tractor problems it happens but you communicate with your customer. Again not going into huge detail but we were promised several things that weren't written on the invoice that were given the day of the quote.. including fixing the neighbor's yard which they said is not something they do after they told us they would too long of a story to go into All I can give advice to them is you don't ghost your customer over and over again We had the cash we luckily didn't pay them until the job was totally done are we probably would have never seen them again We are loyal cash paying people We don't rip people off but you do finish the job before you get paid in full That's a given with any contractor as you all know The job was not completed the first day we were waiting for them to come back to pay them which was like pulling teeth.. Obviously when they finish the job they got paid plus some we appreciate what they did but they need to be better communicators in the future..
