As an adult, the frequency of my appointments has shifted -- meaning, I do not go 3-4 times a year as a part of a wellness plan (thanks, Mom!). This past January, I had an accident where I hit my head very hard. After the event, I had pain on both my head and my neck that didn't go away. My mom suggested that I go see Lisa for a session. At the appointment, Lisa very carefully listened to my concerns and within the first few minutes of my session, I could feel the release of tension. I was in big pain using a walker and really needed pain relief and to find a way to get back on my feet again and back to ballroom dancing. Michelle is the gal at the pool and was so great. She got me on the right track and started to give me hope and I was thrilled to get her help. Soon I was working with this wonderful gal....Amy.
