The ingredients were fresh and well chosen. They found have been sliced and distributed more evenly across rolls, though it did nothing to detract from the enjoyment. There is no egg or tofu skin nigiri, which is a pity, as we enjoy then quite a bit. My daughter enjoyed her duck udon noodles immensely.
