Omg this 5 star review is for Aleigh!!! Literally the best stylist I've ever gone to. I set an appointment for 10am and left the salon at 7pm so if you're coming in to dye your hair (moreso bleach), bring some snacks or entertainment because you will be there for some time! I sent Aleigh some inspo pics through Instagram DMs and she gave me a quote and I was able to book an appointment w her through their website. I came in and the receptionist Nicole was so sweet and offered me tea, coffee, or water as I sat down. I met with Aleigh immediately and we went over some logistics and talked through my vision for my hair. She was realistic with me about what she can accomplish and gave me detailed run down of how color works (which I appreciate so much). I told her that I had a bad experience w a prior bleach job as my previous hairstylist was able to turn me platinum in one session without telling me the consequences or caring about the aftermath of my hair quality. With that being said, Aleigh promised me she'll make sure not to push my hair more than it's able to handle and I appreciate it sooooo much. Aleigh is very detail-oriented and even though I had a general idea of what I wanted, she gave me some ideas of what she thinks would make it even better and I'm so glad I trusted her with my hair bc it turned out better than I expected!! Have been getting my hair bleached and dyed for who knows how long so I'm pretty familiar with how much everything should cost, how long processes take to get to certain hair colors, and what makes a great hair experience and not. It's always hard moving to a new place and having to find a reliable and consistent hair stylist that won't overcharge you for services. I'm so glad I was able to find Casey because she tells you exactly what you should expect and how much everything is going to cost in the end. There's no surprises or ambiguity. She's very straightforward. I have naturally dark brown/black hair, so I already knew that it would take more than one bleach session to get to the pastel colors I wanted. Is it expensive? Yes. But you're getting exactly what you pay for. I never skimp out or take shortcuts in terms of investing in my health, hair, or skincare. And the prices are reasonable compared to other salons - I did my research and some places were quoting me above $700 per session for what I wanted.
