This is not a simple matter of backlog or the complexity of what should be a relatively simple task. I set up an appointment on a Thursday and cleared my calendar of work, which was extremely challenging, but it had to be done. When I arrived, I was super upset to find that I had no appointment in the system. But Lucas responded immediately, letting me now that he knew that I had been in multiple times in the past few weeks buying my computer and he found a way to get me in.
