Our roof leaked a couple of days after they finished installing the new shingles. How does that happen? Answer is simple, when you deal with non-professionals. When it comes to money, there isn't any hesitation to collect. They show up with smiles and all. Besides that, DON'T FALL FOR IT...call another company. In hindsight, its a good thing they never showed up cuz who wants to deal with more incompetence? So found a good roofer to come fix the roof. Thanks for nothing RR. Bravissimo!!!

For the work that he quoted 4-6 weeks completion time, it has been 8 months and is still incomplete. After receiving a large portion of the total payment in first 2 months, he continued to promise that the work will be done in 1-2 weeks but he never sent people to finish the work. He stopped communicating and started ghosting, and finally he stopped taking calls and totally disappeared. Anyone interested in knowing more or joining a lawsuit (will be in progress soon) is more than welcome.
