Anthony (triple vaxxed, masked and gloved) came on time, yesterday and went above and beyond my expectations. I had moved whatever furniture out of the way beforehand but he moved bedside tables and beds to get underneath and put them back in their place! I found a gold ring had been left on my father's desk and asked my father about it. He said he thought he had lost it almost a year ago and said that was worth the price of the cleaning many times over! There was a light scent that dissipated after a few hours but I had no reaction to it. I would definitely recommend this company. I was really convinced that the couch was stained for good, but I booked MiMa to come try their hand at it. Within 30 minutes the entire thing was totally clean! It was really quick and professional, they were exactly on time even for an 8am clean and got right to work. I honestly thought I would never have a clean couch again, I'm genuinely really glad I went to them instead of trying any more disastrous DIY cleaning methods. Very friendly customer service as well, which goes a long way when you're stressed about your couch possibly being stained forever. The prices are reasonable too by the way, even for my big 4 seater couch - a lot of other companies gave me really crazy estimates and I thought I wouldn't have the money to get this done. This company was very responsive to my call for cleaning help and arranged for a cleaner to come the very next day. Iman was polite and prepared to roll up her sleeves and do a good job cleaning kitchen cabinet doors, floors and windows. Her work was thorough and she was very conscientious in her efforts. She came with her own equipment, but did use mine when I requested her to do so. I have allergies and my vacuum cleaner has extra filtration to keep dust from going back into the air, so I asked if she would please use mine, and she said no problem. : ) My condo is small, so I was a bit surprised to see that it took longer than I thought it would, and she had to speed up during her last hour to keep to the agreed 4 hours. I think that could have been prevented by keeping an eye on time as she worked, but again, she was very thorough and the results were good.
