Named mural is on the back side of a commercial office building overlooking a small parking lot.
The partners & creators came together to fight against hate in general, and hate against Asians & attacks against Asian elders specially in Chinatown nearby.
Mural features an "Oakness Monster" on the prowl against hate in Oaktown. Also appearing are flying origami birds, sharks in the water, a baby dragon on monster's back, a Black Panther head resting on da monster, a hanging lantern from monster's head, monster holding 2 balls with a peace sign, and images of a Chinese village in background.
