When you 1st enter the area is covered in salt stains ( I mean come on it's summer time!!) The bathrooms are dirty, toilet paper holders are ripped from the wall and holes. The entire establishment looks as thought they need to hire cleaner to come and do a deep clean. The tv screens are hard to watch your child on as it doesn't show the entire room. For the cost of dance lessons, this is unacceptable. There are 11 students in my daughters class with one teacher. Which wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't a 3-4 year olds.

It's great and we have watched it be a safe place for kids and a great place for families. Our daughter has been here for 6 years and has won world championships. And more important, her closest friends are here. She loves it. And the families are friendly and there is none of the usual "politics" that you see in kids organizations. They don't tolerate it. And that is fantastic. It's all about the kids. Best investment in money and time we have ever made for our kids. All positive.

The staff are very friendly and chill, they will give you a brief orientation if it's your first time at that location (regardless of climbing experience). Rentals are available. The location is convenient by bus as well as its right around the corner of University/Weber. This also means many students are keen to use this location. As the place fills up, it can get quite crowded easily. What I found great about this location is that there are black tower boxes that are filled with chalk (so you don't even need to bring your own! There are adequate benches to sit on but I do wish there were more spots to sit. The washrooms were nice and clean. There are also lockers available in the washroom and along the wall outside by the front desk. TIP: immediately entering, you would scan your card to the left side of the front desk. It took me a few seconds to find it so hopefully this tip helps to know where you need to look!

Classes are intentionally small so you get lots of personal time and attention!
