I would like to share my experience with a business that we were welcomed with open arms and pushed away like an outsider. We had our kids attend Toddler University Preschool, LLC for about 5 years. The director/owner is friendly and kind offering a preschool with love and passion like no other! Everything you would want to hear, even offering extra curricular activities like yoga, karate, animal experiences, zumbini, and a big firehouse graduation! My kids had the time of their lives. Creating friendships that last a lifetime. Friendships. Not just between the kids also between the parents. We have met a multitude of people in this business. Where you can message another parent and feel like you have known them your whole life. But something changed. Communication and my kid had meltdowns at drop off, but everything was "fine" when I ask how my child was during the day. But clearly my child did not think so. Being almost the oldest family attending and loyalty means nothing to a small business like this. Receiving a 30 day notice with no explanation (contract says no explanation can be given) other than "personal reasons" came to a shock. I was told to keep personal life and business separate and not let them mix. Payments we made rearly, participated school events, accepting of any changes to policies. There were no issues there. Once I received the 30 day notification (by text), at drop off/pick up I wasn't greeted by the owner anymore. I was greeted by the assistant teachers. I had questions and needed clarification, but I was told not to bring this topic up to her or the assistants (needed to relay messages and was not physically present) and not to reach out to other families because it wasn't "my place." As a mother it is my right to know what is happening with my child in someone else's care and why is it only happening to my child. When you think you know somebody better than your family, it's like getting stabbed in the back with a dagger. It hurts, but time will pass and will heal. After experiencing this. I would highly not recommend Toddler University Preschool, LLC. I don't want anyone experiencing rejection from a caregiver to your child with no explanation of any sorts, regardless of loyalty. read more

My daughter has been attending Toddler U since September and she absolutely LOVES it! Each week, they have awesome activities such as Karate, Zumbini or Mad Science. Each day, students are engaged in a hands-on activity that works on a developmental skill. Ms. Dawn, Ms. Hannah, Ms. Amanda and Mr. Eli certainly go above and beyond for the kiddos and it's clear that they care for them as if they were family. I recently toured Toddler University and fell in love with this preschool. Ms. Dawn and her staff were so welcoming. The bright and cheery classroom was absolutely beautiful and my child loved everything about Toddler U...I was so disappointed when my husband's job relocated and we ended up moving away just a short time after my visit. I can only hope to find a place like Toddler U in my new neighborhood. read more

After speaking with the owner, I decided to update my review. This review is in no way shape or form about the childcare, just the not so great communication that I had received when trying to enroll my kids. Due to the reviews and Facebook page this place seems pretty awesome! I contacted this school when I was actively looking for a ELC for my 3 children. It took over a week to receive a response, after calling twice and only to be informed that they were not accepting any new enrollments at the time. None of my follow up messages or questions were ever returned through their facebook contact/messenger in reference to possible timeframe of when I should check again or expect an opening. Needless to say, I enrolled my kids elsewhere. read more

I was hired to teach yoga at Toddler University over a year ago and thoroughly enjoyed my time with the students always. I have taught at many schools and daycares and the children here are just wonderful. They are kind and well- mannered but still fun and cheerful, you can tell Dawn teaches them well to be them self but to also be respectful. Besides the children being so great you could always see there was so much care from Dawn, she was always creating inventive projects, teaching the kids lessons beyond where I thought they'd be educationally and always kept things fun and interesting by introducing the children to so many activities such as karate, science, soccer, etc. read more

What an amazing preschool! Ms Dawn and her daughter run an awesome school where kids are loved and cared for and taught so so much! I was so worried about my son adjusting (he's shy) but by day 2, he wasn't crying to go to school, he was crying when he had to go home. My 2 year old loves TU! He loves his friends and ALL the activities that are offered in house and ALL the activities that come in house from the community, such as Spanish, yoga, gymnastics and karate. I couldn't be happier with the choice I made for my son to attend TU! My older kids are jealous and want to attend also! read more
