The tree trimming is subcontracted out to less than professional individuals of their field. Our window was broken one year and they had to replace due to a limb on a tree no where near the power line. And rather than perform a check on the tree and limb services work, they feel it best with little to no representative consulting their customers and also have driven up on the yard with boom trucks creating 4" to 6" tire ruts on grass without a word afterwards regarding it. These coupled with 4 to 8 hour wait times on an outage says nothing to the ruined foods refrigerated items endured. We can't help but wonder what others may experience who rely on oxygen, or medical devices that cannot afford the generators to maintain their livelihood and quality of life. If asked, my suggestion would be to keep power lines better trimmed back eliminating limbs for lines and transformers blowing. I belive a 50% time improvement is viable with proper direction and contracting.
