First and perhaps the most impressive is their communication. I get updates about here's what we're gonna do, this is why were doing and when it will happen. If I have any concerns, I can send them an email and that message gets transferred to the crew on my property to address. From my perspective, they seem meticulous in their attention to detail. For example, when weeding they get the obvious stuff and the weeds in various nooks and crannies. They are also very through on cleanup. When trimming, each shrub is evaluated to make sure it's trimmed with care. Price is not cheap so this level of service costs more than a boilerplate approach. I'm a very happy customer.

A tree we purchased 10 months ago has not been doing well. It has been properly planted and cared for-even "babied" along-and still not doing well. We are not at all new to tree planting or basic knowledge, so to have this kind of issue is very very rare for us. We are getting the feeling that they are just waiting for our 1 year from purchase guarantee to pass by so that they can skip their commitment.
