He came when he said he would and did an absolutely wonderful job of cleaning my driveway not only with their snow blowers but also went the "extra mile" and did the sidewalk as well as finished the job using snow shovels. I'm a little upset with this company, when I set up their service I told the girl I needed it done…read moreon Wednesdays she said that was fine she would put it on my record so I paid full price. Get a voicemail from their technition Chad saying they would be out Thursday I called his number had to leave a message saying service is supposed to be on Wednesday. They didn't show up Thursday so I get another voicemail saying they would be out the next week on Friday since I'm home all day on Friday's I asked that they text or call when they are on the way so I can lock the doggie door. I get a message saying they can't give me an exact time but between 8:30 and 9, not even what I asked. I've tried calling their office and no one answers the phone. I'm about to cancel their service and go with someone else if I can get some one to answer the phone. I need to edit my review just the the message said they were starting at 8 or 9 and would probably be here between 11 and 12 since the were working half days
