It had a lot of rooms and a lot of bathrooms, and because of that it needed a very specific type of buyer. Mark came to us with a sales plan that would get a lot of traffic through the house in a short amount of time, and it worked! We had tremendous traffic through the house over a period of several months, and for quite a while had multiple showings every day. As part of his plan to increase traffic through the house, he held many open houses, sometimes at our request, and always handled it personally. We found over time that he always handles things personally instead of handing it off to another person. To us this was a nice touch that showed that he really was "all-in." Also, during the time when the house was on the market, we had to move to another city and leave our house vacant. Mark worked with a stager to ensure that the house looked great and he regularly checked on it to make sure the yard looked good. We even had a time when we were concerned that an outside individual might have a key to the house and break in. Mark called a locksmith over the same day and got a quote that was pretty high.
