Schedule was full but did get me in the following day- needed a new alarm float, filter cleaned, and a pump out. Joe was great - professional and open to explaining all my questions. i am confident the system is working safely and I'll have no worries at least for a few years! He also gave me good recommendations to check in the house to help keep the system working better starting with how to check my stools for any leaking - doing that tonight! Good value on the service and won't have to pump now for 18 months!

They came and said they could not find the tank cap because of the snow and said they would come back and empty it in the Spring, but asked that we pay in advance, which we did ($163). In the Spring, they came back and still could not find the cap and therefore could not empty the system. They sent us a bill for $200, which my wife paid under threat. We subsequently called another service, which immediately found the cap and provided the service. Judge for yourself.

Multiple upon multiple attempts to them were made. Also we could smell the septic gases in the yard. I had to lift the covers to get the chains out that they never re secured our kids with. Between the chain and the mulch neither lids were secured or sealed, thanks Bill I'll take care of that problem too Terrible experience I hope nobody else has this luck.

He called and said he had issues with his truck breakdown, not a problem.. just let us know when you can make it so we can leave a check. He showed up a few days later unexpectedly. Not a problem.. gave him a check and I went for my walk while he was finishing his work. When I came back home, I found a huge oil stain in our driveway. My husband called him twice to ask him to come and clean it up. Today was the third time we have requested him to come clean it up. This man said he didn't have any "free" time to come and clean it. We even tried to use a power washer to clean the oil, no luck. We were taken back by Bill's response that we were not his customer anymore due to my review on FB. Excuse me.... you did damage to my property, and now you don't want to make it right!!! Not acceptable!!!!!! If you decide to use this company, be sure you pay by credit card so if he does damage, you can at least get your money back. We paid by check and have no way of taking money back for the damage that he will not take care of.

Went over to Jentges at 7 am Monday morning. They were polite and told me that they would see what they could do, Within 30 minutes they had a small backhoe on the property digging and looking for the leak. They located the problem gave me a reasonable estimate which I accepted and they continued to repair and change the system until they finished the same day by about 3:30. They had all the parts either on the truck or in the shop a short distance away and were efficient, courteous, and professional This is definetly the go to place for 5 star service.

Jason from Sunrise Septic pumped out my septic tank 2 years ago…read more I was billed for $225. Jason no longer works for this company. This year I spoke with the owner and he quoted me $250. I was ok with that. They billed me for $530. after doing the same job. Don't think the truck meter is accurate. I called the owner but he would not call me back. I will never call Sunrise Septic company again! I do not recommend this company. Good luck to you Sunrise.

I've never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. I wasn't even looking for compensation only to inform them of what has happened. I suggest NOT using this company!
