My wife and I were able to get pictures at every single location we wanted and EVERY SINGLE ONE came out perfectly. Annette not only sent us a beautiful photo album, but included CDs of all of the photographs. This allowed us to store the photos how we wanted (on Flickr). Most photography services host the pictures on their own sites and you have to pay for photos to be sent to you. Annette allowed us to retain ownership and copyright of our photographs, which allowed us to share them with our friends and family easily, making as many copies and prints as we wished. Annette provided a great variety of posed shots (my wife's favorite) and candids (my favorite) including a number of wacky, humorous shots that really highlight what a fun day it was. I don't have a single complaint about even one of the nearly 2,000 photographs Annette took. Every single aspect of this business was perfect from start to finish. Great communication, great pictures, great service. Absolute perfection, I cannot recommend Annette highly enough.

I've never liked the over-dramatized, super posed, prop filled wedding party photo's and Tyler is the same way, so I knew it was a match made in photography heaven! I remember him telling us, over a cup of coffee, that he likes to be a fly on the wall. Letting moments happen naturally and that's exactly what our wedding day was filled with. The day after our wedding I remember telling my husband, "I barely remember seeing Tyler at all during the ceremony and reception?!" He truly was a fly on the wall! Which almost made me worried, but a few weeks later and we had all of our photos and I was blown away! Flipping through the ceremony I was in awe of some of the shots he got, he had snuck behind the groomsmen and bridesmaid to get great angles and never once did I actually see him sneaking around! It seemed to me by the way she treated me that she was immature and unreliable... and since she said she didn't care if I gave her a bad review. Here it is...Then she went to her facebook account to bad mouth me and call me names and tell her friends a different story.... here is what she posted: "...Then told me I'm unprofessional and to expect a negative review. OK but she's gonna be in for a surprise when she realizes Groupon won't let you leave a review until the voucher is redeemed. Also lol fuck off" A lot of integrity huh, Gillian?. And then Gillian posted this: "She left me a review on thumbtack..... Which i don't even use. Plus I can post a response to her review, which I did. Lol. Bitch". I have print screen of everything Gillian -- you can delete it now, but I have the history. This is Rochester -- a small city being professional is very important.
