I tried the chicken, bacon and sweet corn pie. The filling all worked well together and the pastry was delicate and flaky, just the way it should be. Coopers also offers a wide range of pre-made sandwiches/focaccia/bagels and a wide range of gluten free options. Unfortunately, I wasn't on time to try the breakfast menu, but am told the vanilla pancakes (yes real vanilla beans) are to die for. Coffee "happy hour" between 2.30 - 3.30 offers $2.50 coffees.
