In July 2026, while working in my second-floor bathroom, I looked out the bathroom window and noticed a visible gap between the glass and the exterior frame of the house. I took a photo and contacted Chris by email. He responded on July 7 and said he would come out later that week to inspect the issue and determine whether there was a remedy. Unfortunately, after several follow-up emails and phone calls, I have received no further response from Chris or anyone else. The issue remains unresolved. I would appreciate it if someone from the company would contact me, explain what may have occurred during installation, and provide a solution to correct the problem. Potential customers should be aware of my experience and consider asking about the company's warranty and follow-up service before moving forward.

They came out and gave a fair estimate, but I didn't like how the installation was going to go - specifically, the materials they were going to use. I have a frameless, swinging glass shower door that spanned half the length of a bathtub, and it was open on the other end. I wanted to "close off" the other end with a fixed piece of glass.
