I tried to schedule an appointment in late January and received no response. I then drove 20 miles to the office twice, only to be told they were too busy to see me and that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I also called multiple times and left messages that were never returned. With the tax deadline approaching, I had no choice but to go elsewhere. My taxes were completed by another service on April 15. Being too busy is understandable during tax season, but completely failing to follow up with a long-time client is not. The lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and should not happen.

I am disabled and have had a placard for years before we moved here. They also think that all that is required is a stencil on the space and a sign and that's just not true . Grade and ease of access from the space to the sidewalk enter into this. I have photos of what the ex spaces were like and why they were built in that location.
