Nice long seating room, comfort lounge chairs, and some tall tables. Great atmosphere and super friendly staff and owner. He really cares about his customers and tries to treat them right. There is a $10 dollar cutting fee if you bring your own cigar to smoke, or you can buy one there and smoke it with $0 cutting fee. A few nice brewed coffees and cold bottles of soda and tea. They have a masseuse certain days and a barber. The massage room is private and really nice. If you like smoking cigars in a relaxed atmosphere or want to get a cigar as a gift for someone... this place is a great place to try. I'll be going back! Comment for owner: I recommend bringing the cutting fee down to $5 or $7. I'd come back more often if you did and would spend more money there instead, and I think it would bring more returning business. Why wouldn't you say anything before I walked out or said hey let me check and make sure it really did get declined otherwise I would have went home and had money stolen from me and the very next time I go in there he charges me a completely different price for the tobacco vape that I got and charge me $10 more than he did last time for the same exact brand and flavor and model of disposable vape something is just off with this new guy and I'm probably not going to bring my business back and I'll come there quite often hell I've even donated $1,000 worth of grow equipment to that store basically. That's two times in a row and it's not like it was small things that's not okay. If I do come back it's only going to be when Lou is there because I can trust him
