I went into the store and had a very odd experience so I rented a U-Haul from the older gentleman…read moreno issues whatsoever . However, the U-Haul did have salt on the inside of it. Upon return, the gentleman was not there, the girl behind the counter was untruthful and stated that she cleaned it before she rented it to me and they added extra charges on including an extra cleaning charge for me for salt that was inside of the vehicle when I picked it up. It was in the 60s sun was shining the day I rented it . I took pictures all of the outside of the U-Haul, I didn't care much about the salt. I was just in a hurry to move because I had people waiting to help me upon my return there was a Caucasian girl and a younger girl from India, descent, and together they were not friendly actually it was almost like a threatening type environment. Integrity means everything to me. I would not recommend this place just based on the Customer Service alone not to mention the untruthful statement in the extra charges for the U-Haul cleaning, etc..

DO NOT BUY --- dishonest and high markup…read more I bought from Moose twice. He's very nice but I decided to check because of the way he whimsically punched in random discount pricing on the computer; I hadn't paid attention the first time as I was desperate to get something to sleep. This time I did... He told me he'd hook me up. So I bought 8 Modern Herb gummies that he "discounted for me" 206.80, 1 Modern Herb Purple HIndu Kush 1G POD + Battery and 2 Purple HIndu Kush refillables + a Litto vape pen (no longer sold; has old micro usb charger)... with over $100 "discout", it was STILL 337.66. I just checked online: Hindu Kush 1G Pod + Pen: 45$ https://thehempcollect.com/products/purple-hindu-kush-thca-live-resin-uncut-pod-knockout Hindu Kush refillable: 30$ https://thehempcollect.com/products/thca-live-resin-uncut-pod-refill-knockout-1g-purple-hindu-kush Gummies: 12$ https://thehempcollect.com/products/live-resin-delta-9-gummies-knockout-5ct My total is under 250. WITHOUT DISCOUT. dont trust Moose -- he will straight tell you he's hooking you up and upcharges ~100 even with "discount".

Total Wine has a great selection of items. They carry just about anything you could want…read more They generally have impressive tastings that are really educational if you get the right employee doing them. The pre-order and parking lot pick-up option is a great time saver. This is especially important, because this is the area where Total Wine struggles - there are never, ever enough people working the registers and the lines to check out almost always suck. If they could be a little more mindful of that up front, they'd be a five star store.

Total Wine, we're friends again! Please see my initial…read morereview below. 1-4 positive remarks. No negatives. Of course we went to Total Wine for another wine tasting. Why??? because, well... I love wine and want my husband to love it too! After my last review, I emailed Total Wine as requested by their Yelp page which you'll see. They even called me back, but I missed the call. The voicemail was nice. Let's be honest though,I wasn't about to call them back. They heard my concerns. No need for me repeat said concerns. I mean if they were offering a free class or gift card this would have been me "Yes, I'm returning a call..." LOL! Friends, y'all get it! This time around, my experience was amazing! 1. Stone was knowledgeable and answered several questions. 2. Were there watermarks on the glasses? NOPE! 3. The pours were more sanitary too! Brenden hovered above the glass (no more accidental contact!). 4. The class wasn't overly packed! Likely because it was a weekday. Either way, I'll take it! I know they'll still pack the classes because...let's keep it a buck they're a business. I'll lean towards weekday classes or come as a party of four. I love when companies actually listen and make changes. That type of action Makes me feel all smiley and stuff! Wait, friends....maybe that's just the wine. Total Wine, we'll be back for more sniffs, swirls, sips, and knowledgeable instructorsp! Thank you!!

Wanted to review because I hadn't been in the store for a couple years and it has changed…read moredramatically. They made everything look from hand made shelves to professional looking. They used to not take credit card under a certain amount. Now they take it for any amount. They have at least 5 doors of beers and canned mixed drinks and double that for wine. In addition to light beer they had local craft beer- MKE, Third Space, Eagle Park, Lakefront, and less local Toppling Goliath. They have soda, snacks, and some typical corner store food- cans, microwavable, etc. They have individual cans of soda if you don't like bottles. They have a lot of smoking paraphernalia as well. The cashier spot might not be obvious. It's slightly to the left when entering.
