The staff is super friendly and can answer any questions you might have regarding their products. Parking is right in front of the store so it's super convenient. Not once did I feel any pressure or feel belittled about not knowing what I was looking for. Settled on 2 choices because they were the style he was currently enjoying and he spoke with so much enthusiasm so they had to be damn good. I was told that I have to buy a cigar now evertime I come in even though I'm a membership holder and keep my cigars there. The place is run down hill and now the mold issue is of concern because I have to inhale the cigars that may be contaminated with mold .
