Things are pretty from far, but when you look close - it is really cheap stuff. I saw a candlestick that looked like it was spray painted or something and it was over $20. Nothing made in USA. Not one person working or shopping there has on a mask in the middle of a pandemic. They are not even pretending to protect people. Meanwhile, Costco next door protects their workers and shoppers by requiring masks and selling quality products. The difference is stark.

She said the return policy is in the back of the receipt.! SO I guess this freaking store expects you to READ THE RETURN POLICY ON THE BACK OF THE RECEIPT AS YOU ARE STANDING AT THE REGISTER AFTER YOU PURCHASE THE ITEM other wise, if you go back the NEXT day even with the receipt you will get screwed! the return policy is no where to be seeing other than the BACK OF THE DAMN RECEIPT AFTER YOU PURCHASE THE ITEM. I used to spend a lot of money at this store, and I never returned an item, needless to say, I will NEVER go back! BEWARE of this SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After 5 minutes or so she comes back and she says that it's stuck behind a pallet. She called over to a guy and ask for help. the guy end up being the manager of the store. He told me that he was not going to get the chair out because it was behind other pellets that he would have to move. He kept telling us to go online and order it but we wanted it then. He also said "it will take me an hour and I'm not doing that on a Saturday afternoon" I was very disappointed and will now consider taking my business elsewhere.

They have a good selection and variety and offer great stuff at great prices. I come here for a lot of my international foods and furniture, home stuff and kitchen stuff. I have experienced excellent customer service. Recently I was looking for an olive oil container that I had previously purchased at another location, but somehow in a move lost it. I asked the cashier and since I was the only one in line--she took me to their little laptop, looked up the item, found it wasn't in the store, saw they couldn't order it, but directed me to login to my Explorer account, helped me do so (I was holding my 7month old baby), wrote down a coupon code, helped me figure out how to order the item--took us like 10 minutes and was super helpful, accommodating and cheerful. After almost every store in town we didn't expect to find anything the size or quality level we were looking for. No matter, Sydney showed us the Stressless things we can no longer afford and then sent us to the sale room in the back with a suggestion of what we might like. I did get to tell management what we thought of Sydney, but it bears repeating. She is a gem. There is it was, a medium sized, real leather covered, obviously well built sofa on sale at a price we could afford. They had it in stock with or without the sleeper option! The warehouse loaded us up, telling me what would be required to unpack and put the feet on. We are very happy and would buy more if we could. You never know... Some day we might go back for those recliners.
