Under no circumstance should you trust, much less use, this company. They missed scheduled appointments to install my ViaSat internet service, and when they did finally show up (late), the technician removed my DirectTV dish (instead of the HughesNet dish) and threw it off the roof, damaging it to the point it was no longer usable. Instead of taking accountability for a mistake and getting it resolved, they have mostly ignored my calls and text messages. Even when they did promise to send someone out to replace the damaged dish, no one showed up and no one called. I am going to sue them for damages. Avoid these people at all costs!
