Nearly impossible to schedule road lessons for student drivers unless you want to take your child out of school. Very frustrating experience after investing time and money for the classroom portion, 3 observations, and the 1st road lesson. You have to sign a contract that you will give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a lesson (very reasonable), but they had to cancel a lesson bc the instructor was ill. I get it, life happens. But do they expedite a rescheduled appointment??? Nope. Have to call and harass to get an appointment. Lessons "open" on Sundays which is code for 2 or 3 openings totally inopportune times. My elder daughter went here about a year ago, it was great. Maybe they are short staffed now, no idea but save yourself time, money, and frustration and go elsewhere. read more

Katie is a rude driving instructor. Not very encouraging at all and understanding of people's situations. Doesn't show up to the lesson on time making it less than an hour of driving. (Wasting your money) Very hostile on the phone. Hard to schedule consistent lessons with. I'd advise going to another school if you actually want to get your licence on time and have someone respect you and is professional. I regret wasting my money on this school. Also I'm pretty sure she deletes some bad reviews on google because there is no way this school has 4.8 stars. I mean look at how she responds to the negative reviews left. That enough shows her character. Also how is this business black owned if you feel so comfortable stereotyping black people and saying that white parents are better ? Definitely should reevaluate your morals and values within this company. I was able to get my license after taking 5 adult driving classes with the Savannah Driving school in Brockton. My daughter did her online courses without much of a problem. Trying to schedule drive times was difficult which I think is the norm with driving schools. Chuck and Katie were awful. Chuck being rude and Katie always canceling and being late then dropping back off 15-20 mins early. The second time Katie canceled I told the school I wanted someone else for same day since my daughter was home that day and it being difficult to get a drive time. The reply I got was "that her heat went out in her house, its not like she's canceling for a frivolous reason". This was around September when it was still warm out. My daughter did get her driving test without a problem. Now I can't get a certificate or anything from the school to show my insurance company so I can get a discount. I'd like to share my recent experience with TNT. My child recently took the virtual drivers education classes and one on one driving instruction. These were both positive experiences. TNT also promotes an additional service for $160.00 which includes sponsorship, use of their vehicle for the road test and scheduling of the road test. Which we agreed to and paid for. When the road test occurred my child was told by the TNT sponsor (that she had never met before); to "get in the vehicle, drive to the bushes to the driving examiner in the parking lot, now, GO". When she did as she was told the examiner failed her on the spot stating she took the vehicle without authorization. I have reached out to TNT and have not received a call back. TNT didn't provide the service we paid for. This was unfair and the RMV and TNT shouldn't work so hard to trick a 16-year-old girl. In my opinion by failing her in this manner was a way to increase the failure rate. I understand the driving test should be difficult, but the driving test should be based on the test; not tricks. She was treated unfairly.I have brought my daughter up to respect law enforcement and to have this be her first encounter is extremely disappointing. read more

I did drives and observations with this school and for my city there's not many available companies to do it. they travel to my city, they are much cheaper, they are way less booked, you finish your drives and observations in 4 days instead of 2-3 weeks, they respond to text messages super fast, and they are so nice and helpful. read more

My daughter went to the East Bridgewater location and the instructors there were awful! One of them told the class that if they were at a party where there was alcohol, they should just pretend to drink instead of calling their parents and going home! If you use this school, beware of Chuck! He literally prides himself in making his students cry! I didn't pay over $600 to have my child harassed by a middle aged man, but that's what I got! read more

What a nightmare just getting them on the telephone. I tried once in October and November. Nothing. Left phone messages and e-mails. Now, I started again a week ago and I did get 2 messages back on my phone service that said " We are having a hard time connecting, maybe you should e-mail me and try to catch me". Genuinely bad. I realize they were trying to adapt to a covid environment. You pay up front. They refuse to work with you to book lessons. You have to know that lessons are made available on Tuesday mornings. They're gone fast!. Once you have one lesson, you cannot book another until that lesson is over. Bottom line is it takes a minimum of 4 months to finish with them. Terrible. Go someplace else and save yourself the aggrevation. read more

Run the other way. This has been the worst experience dealing with any company in my life. Poorly run, and dishonest. My daughter had to wait an extra month to fir her road test due to these people making up excuses about movies being stolen to passwords in computers being changed. This is a wonderful Driving School. From classroom instruction to on the road instruction one of the best experiences we could have had. Was a good experience until the school sponsored RMV road test day. Mass confusion in the parking lot. Nobody was in charge. A woman named Karen from the company was riding in one of the test cars. She was not helpful at all and Had a horrible demeanor. They had 50 kids taking their road tests, two test cars, and only one practice car. The back up was caused because TNT was not coordinating anything. Kids couldn't take their road test until they took their practice run. Karen tried to blame it on their first student of the day who showed up a half hour late, then tried to blame the Registry testers. They should have accepted responsibility. At one point, they decided to forego the practice runs, but the students and parents were opposed to this. Someone from the company kept calling the instructor in the practice car telling him to hurry up and rush the students. My agitation fueled my daughter's nerves, so when she finally got in the road test car, two hours after her scheduled time, she was a bundle of nerves, and failed the test. I can understand throwing the kids a few curveballs just to rattle them a little, but this was unacceptable. TNT set a lot of good drivers up to fail. Oh, did I mention they they charge you an extra $125.00 for this test? So they pull in $6250 for the day. You would think they would throw a little of that money to an employee who could actually coordinate things in the parking lot! Post script. Called office in the morning. Got Karen on the phone. Basically told me there was nothing wrong with the way they ran their testing day and there was nothing they could do about it. Tried to lay blame on the registry again. I asked to speak with Chuck, the owner. Was told she won't see him this week, would give him the message, but can't guarantee he will call back. She said he has nothing to do with running the business and that she runs it. I will update as I look more into this. read more

I only have good things to say about this school. Right from when I first signed up for my classes to the day until I got my license, I had only pleasant experience all through my training. Danny , at the office has been more than supportive & friendly ever since we met him and made the whole process easier - be it registration, scheduling classes, signing up for the test or getting my license. The RT day was made easier with Danny standing outside not minding the rains and facilitating to help us get our practice runs and the actual exam without any delays or confusion. Joe was the instructor behind the wheels for me all through my training who took extra time to understand the student's disposition, their progress and readiness to appear for the Road test for DL. He was always on time and many times early :) His attention and detailing out at every step helped the learning process quicker and easier. More than carrying out the teaching as just their jobs , Joe was very kind and helpful during the lessons and gave tips/advice with patience which helped the learning process easier and without any road blocks.His candid assessment helped me focus on areas of driving that needed more attention and get to it more quickly for better action. I highly recommend this school based on my recent experience and congratulations to Danny and Joe for being such nice people at the school and in helping me get my DL without any issues. Wow. My experience with this driving school was less than pleasant to say the least. Scheduling was an absolute disaster. I would call up and be unable to schedule any lesson for the next week, then call back the next day and be scheduled for the next month! Not to mention the driving instructors. One instructor had earbuds in and was blasting music while the student was driving. Overall, this driving school has delayed me in getting my license and has put me in danger with unfit instructors! Will never recommend this school to anyone. It was the worse experience we had. The classroom was very dirty and smelled, walls had profanity written all over it. They are very quickly to take your money and after that don't care too much about helping you out. They are very disorganized. I enrolled my son to take the classes, and was told to call to schedule for him to take the driving hours and the observing hours. I called 3 times, after he was done and I was asked to call week after week to schedule the driving hours. When I called I was asked to call back again a week after. When I told the lady at the office I needed to schedule the driving hours and that she was playing around with me every week. She finally scheduled the observing hours the guy NEVER should up. I called back she would tell me to call back another day, when I told her she should write on the website how disorganized they are and how they take forever to schedule the driving hours and are so quickly to take people's money, She hung up on me and wouldn't pick up my calls anymore. I gave them my final call and said there are laws in this country. That if I paid for a service and I didn't receive it. I can go to court. This is what I will do if it comes to it. As a parent, I cannot say enough good things about this school. We experienced the other two neighboring town schools and the bad reviews are very true and I experienced them first hand. This school has been nothing but professional and my daughter had an excellent experience as did I. The school was able to book her driving lessons in advance for twice a week for a month at a time and not once did they cancel. Try that with The other two neighboring driving schools! They reconfirmed Saturday appointments which was helpful. My daughter started that school in July and got her license the end of September! On test day, they had each of their students do a practice drive while waiting to do the actual test drive. That relieved a lot of nervous energy from the teens. Do the other driving schools do that or do they just show up for the test? They are located in Stoughton and picked my daughter up in SHARON. They return all phone calls and emails in a timely matter. They are an absolute pleasure to speak with. They are organized. They treated my teen with RESPECT. read more

Taking the road test at this school was the worst experience of my life. I was scheduled for a 10:30 appointment and was not tested until 12:30. There was suppose to be two test dates, Saturday and Sunday, but they pushed all the Saturday test dates to Sunday so there was double the amount of people with only two road test cars and one practice car. One of the fathers who was waiting for their son to take his road test was a family friend of the owner of TNT driving school. Chuck, the owner, tried to appease the angry crowd with a few donuts and water bottles; but one box of donuts did not even feed 1/5 of the people who were standing in the sweltering sun for two hours. One of the instructors started cutting students practice runs in order to speed up time but this was a ridiculous suggestion as we all paid extra money in order to go on a practice run. They cut some students practices and cut the other students practice time in the vehicles. TNT was not coordinating anything and tried to blame their back up on one students who showed up late for her appointment; they did not take responsibility for anything. By the time I got into the road test vehicle I was starving, sweating, and nerved up because of all the commotion and stress that the long wait caused. I entered the vehicle to immediately be yelled at by an obnoxious RMV lady. She had failed all the previous drivers in the car and was taking her frustration of the crowd on me. The moment I sat down in the car I knew it was down hill from there. She spoke to me in the most condescending manner and when I asked a simple question she screamed in my face, "WHAT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ME?". I have never been treated with such disrespect as a muslim girl who wears a head scarf the RMV lady was quick to assume that I could not speak English because of my ethnicity, although my English is perfect. As I started my test the RMV lady was on her cell phone yelling to the other instructors to hurry up with their examinations. There is no possible way that she could have evaluated me fairly as she was not even paying attention to my driving. I was disturbed psychologically during the exam as the lady was utterly rude and obnoxious; there was no way I could have been able to focus with her yelling and screaming. I have never met a more rude lady. She should be fired and should not have been allowed in the driving car in the first place. I am beyond offended; TNT ripped me off and essentially stole my money on top of being unfair, unorganized, and irresponsible. read more

My son just completed driving school and got his license. TnT was great. The in classroom session went really well; the parent class was good; and my son never had any problems scheduling driving hours. The big day of the driving test did get changed BUT it was just moved from Saturday to Sunday - no big deal - and it was the RMV that moved it. Overall, I was pretty happy - as was my son. Now, couple of things. Driving school is expensive. I called around. They all charge about the same (AAA was the highest I found). The TnT classroom wasn't pretty but seriously, who cares? it's driving school! And, you have to schedule your driving hours. Be flexible! If you're high maintenance, no school is going to work for you. Just do it on your own. TnT picked my son up - always on time - and brought him back home. Again, always on time. Never an issue. And most importantly, my son got his license on the first try. That was our goal and it was achieved. Enough said! read more

My overall experience with TNT has been terrible. My son attended the classroom work at the East Bridgewater location (off of Route 106). I also attended the parent class there. The class room was very dirty and had a musty, moldy odor to it. Bathroom was disgusting with profanity written everywhere. Shortly after completing the week long classroom work, I was contacted by a rep and informed that my son was too young to take the class. I gave them my son's birth date when I signed him up, you would think they would have known that before he took the class. She said he would have to throw out his logging card and that I would have to go to the next class to get a new one, where the instructor there would fill it out for all classes. I went back to the next available class and was told he didn't have any new cards and didn't know what to do, but the instructor in the morning would know. I took the time off from work to go down the next morning and this instructor didn't have any cards and just told me to call the office. My son finally did get his logging card, however the classroom work was never filled out. Not until just before the test, and I had to call them back a third time to get it completed. Driving and Observing work: The driving instructor, Bill, was punctual, however my son was cut short 30 minutes on one occasion and when performing his actual driving instruction time, the instructor had my son stop at the liquor store so that he could buy some cigarettes. The cigarettes where promptly used for a "smoke break" during my son's instruction hour. This happened twice. The instructor, Bill, uses a specific 3 step process to teach parallel parking and only 1 cone. He told my son that is how the test will be. On the day of the test there was a different TNT instructor there for practice runs and my son was taught a completely different way to park. Then the test contained two cones, for front and rear cars, which isn't how TNT teaches. My son did fail because he went 3 inches past the rear cone, what a surprise. He now has to rebook and pay the registry again and TNT wants another $75 to go thru them. I explained our experience with them and that I was disappointed. They basically said that is how they do it and if I wanted to use them for the re-test it would be another $75. They seem to only care about the money and don't really prepare their students. I have two other children that will be of driving age and I explained we would not be back. All they said was.. "awe that's to bad". read more

Tnt is arguably one of the worst driving schools around. Their dingy little classroom is disgusting and Susan, the one that schedules everything, is rude and disrespectful at every turn. The drivers constantly arrive at the wrong times. For my sons first driving class, the driver came half an hour early and my son missed it. Now once my son had only one class left, it was scheduled for July 21st. But about ten minutes after it was scheduled, I got a call back saying it actually was full and I have to reschedule. I was okay with that and called and we resscheduled my sons FINAL AND ONLY CLASS LEFT for August 9th. Now guess who showed up on July 21st. A Tnt driver. My son was at work and the driver left. I called a few days later just to confirm my sons August class and Susan now tells me that they cancelled it because I need to pay a 45 dollar fee for the missed class on July 21st. I told her this was preposterous and she told me that I never cancelled the class and they will not let my son finish his last class until I cough up the extra money. Tnt is in it just to rip you off and if you are considering them then don't. There is nothing good about this place. I would suggest going to the school in Mansfield I have heard nothing but good things about that place. Bottom line, don't make the same mistake I have by sending your kids here. read more
