Thought I'd try to use the Yelp project requests for some demolition we needed done at our…read moreproperty. Steve got back to us right away. He came over to our place and instantly I could see that he was a hardworking, honest, and friendly person. We needed him to remove a chain wall made of cinderblocks and re-bar that is about 4500 sq. ft worth. We needed the dirt moved to our other property so they're moving that also which is about 20-30 loads of dirt. The price they are giving us is 100% fair. You pay 50% up front and then 50% when they're done because Steve said, "he wants to make sure we're happy with his work". They're currently working on the job now but cannot say enough about how friendly Steve and Devon are. They're doing a phenomenal job that is definitely not easy. I learned that Steve just started his business in June. He also has a full time Monday thru Friday job as a diesel mechanic. Just really can't say enough about these guys!! Highly recommend them. I contacted this company to do some land clearing and asked for a quote. Being that I live out of…read morestate I provided the physical location of the property (at least 4 times) and gave permission to go to the property for the quote. After about a week and not hearing anything, I sent a message on their website requesting a quote. A quote was never given nor did this company visit my property to provide a quote. I was only provided with an hourly rate. I informed Steve, one of the owners that I would be visiting the area and wanted to know if the land could be cleared while I was visiting. Steve stated that was not a problem. I called him when I came down and set up a time to meet at the property. I had to call him when he did not show up at the appointment time. When he did finally show, he informed me he recently had back surgery and he would not be doing the work himself but had someone else he could put on the machine. Steve informed me that a bulldozer was needed and he needed to check on availability. Steve stated he would give me a call within an hour about the bulldozer. I never received a call back and needless to say my property was not cleared. I am not sure how a company can thrive being this unreliable. I would have provided a zero star rating but that was not available. The date of this interaction was August 2024.
