I came to this salon a few months ago to get highlights and a cut. The girl who did my hair left…read morethe bleach in for 3 hours and used a strong developer. When she was done, she was struggling to brush through my hair. When I asked her what was wrong, she said she really damaged my hair. I touched my hair and it instantly broke. Another stylist came and did a treatment and cut. I came back for a few months in attempts to fix it. Each time I have went, my hair has been okay for a little and then back to completely unmanageable. I sent an email to the head office asking for some sort of compensation as I do not feel comfortable going back to the salon. Nothing has changed with my hair at all. The person I was in contact with offered me a deep conditioning treatment and cut. After I said I did not want this, she stopped contacting me. I am extremely upset that my hair is in such horrible condition after I trusted a stylist with my hair, and I'm even more upset that they have given up on helping me to fix the mistake.

Reassured to see Julia has straight hair but still apprehensive at strange salon. However, Julia did an excellent job. Straight hair is not as simple as most people think; the slightest error/slant is so easily seen. Also, most stylist want to feather/layer hair, which is just plain silly for fine hair like mine. A good, straight, unlayered blunt cut (what I call Cleopatra cut) is hard to get but Julia did not disappoint. It's been a week & still looks excellent.
