I chose this company because most of the other organizations were at someone's house and that sounded even more torturous. Scheduling was a breeze. Finding the office inside of the business complex was easy. Everything was clean and organized. I will say that I did the blended course where I did the learning portion online and the practical skills portion in the office and I would recommend just doing the whole thing in the office as the material on the American heart assoc website isn't the best and I would have benefitted more from just doing it in person. The practical skills test was easy and Adam made the process comfortable. He presents himself as knowledgeable, professional, and easy going. I will be going back to do all of the other certifications I need in the future. It was a great experience and I'd highly recommend.

The location was easy to find. The class was very informative and easy to understand. I loved using the baby and adult mannequins to practice CPR on and for using the AED machines.
