You can see the level of quality you will be receiving, as it is evident from all of the pictures in their portfolios. Not only are they extremely professional, but they are so friendly and they know how to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They go above and beyond to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. They are very responsive and always available. At our engagement shoot, Dean was our photographer. Our shots were sooo beautiful. All of our friends and family could not believe it was us in the pictures. They looked like a work of art. On the day of our wedding we knew we made the perfect choice with Fine Art. Jimmy was phenomenal. He made the day so much fun and took all of our requested shots (thank you Grace for your ideas). As he was taking pictures you could see how involved and how hard he works to get the most unique shots. Angel was also amazing. He took pictures from so many angles that gave us a different perspective to look at. He even helped tie my husband's bow tie when he was freaking out!! Luisa was also a pleasure to work with, taking unbelievable pictures and helping us design our engagement album and save the date. This crew is AMAZING! They pay attention to every detail. Looking back at all our pictures, it was like were reliving the day. I could remember how the shots were taken and how much fun we had throughout the day. Even throughout all of the craziness that a wedding brings, they will keep you on schedule to make sure that you get all the pictures you want. At the end of the day the things you remember the most are seen back through pictures, and if you want to have the most amazing pictures you will not regret using Fine Art. The only vendor you will have to work with after you wedding is the photographers and videographers, and we are happy ours is Fine Art Photography. Thank you so much Jimmy, Dean, Angel, Luisa, and video crew! Of course a big thank you to Grace & Nora for treating us like family. Jimmy you have a beautiful business, with great employees and we can't wait to work with you again in the future!! S & H

Getting married on February 14, 2026 was already so meaningful to us, and somehow Jenn and Ro captured every second of it so perfectly. From the start of the day to the very last moment, they made us feel completely comfortable, calm, and honestly just able to be ourselves. Their energy is so warm and easygoing, and it made such a difference throughout the entire day. What meant the most to us was how present they were while also being so seamlessly behind the scenes. They caught everything--the big moments, the quiet in-between ones, the emotions we didn't even realize were happening. Looking back at our photos, we're blown away by how they were able to tell the full story of our day so beautifully and naturally. Jenn and Ro are not only incredibly talented, but they're truly amazing people. We feel so lucky to have had them by our side on such an important day. These are memories we'll cherish forever because of them. We truly cannot recommend J&R Photography enough!

There is nothing more uncomfortable than a photographer telling you every which way how to pose and putting the camera in your face. J&R were the opposite of that. They guided and gave suggestions but also let the photographs show who we really are as a couple. Their pricing was reasonable and fair, and we recieved so many comments on our photographs. I would recommend J&R for all photograph needs. We hope we can see them again sometime soon! Thanks again Jenn and Ro!

I first found Brian through a search on The Knot and decided to go check out his beautiful showroom in Clifton. From the moment you walk inside you know you're going to be dealing with people who have a keen attention to detail and a flare for style. Once we started talking to Brian, we were instantly at ease because of his willingness to listen to our questions and his desire to accommodate our needs. Every meeting and subsequent emails that followed thereafter were always incredibly productive and even fun, since Brian is very honest and funny. Because of my style preference (documentary/candid), he recommended Yan for our actual day, and I could not be happier with the choice. Yan showed up to the hotel early and and did everything he could to get us all the shots we wanted and some really interesting shots we didn't know we wanted. He was not above almost laying on the floor to get the shot, and that kind of dedication did not go unnoticed. He was very present but not intrusive, and it got to the point where I did not even notice he was around, although I still knew he was there. He stayed a little bit later to make sure we got our perfect night picture outside the beautiful hotel, and did not rest for one second. I cannot say enough good things about how personable and professional he was, and how happy we are with Brian and the whole gang and Brian Delia photography. I may have to find another occasion for pictures just to work with them again! Thank you to everyone there for making our day so amazing.

I was in contact with their sales department and spoke with a nice woman who explained I had to…read morefirst make the down payment for the entire wedding before we could even discuss available dates they had for the engagement shoot. I made the down payment approx $1,700. I signed a contract (e-signed) and I was told the contract would be available to view in my client portal (it never was) We then scheduled the engagement shoot and met the photographer at a local park. After the shoot he informed us it would be a few weeks for the pictures to come back. Two weeks later I heard nothing from the company and I reached out. I was told it usually takes 3 weeks. The third week rolled by and I heard nothing so I reached out again. The woman who coordinated everything told me our photos were next in line and to be edited. Another week went by and I heard nothing from the company. I reached out again and the woman apologized repeatedly stating that she had been texting our photographer all week about the issue and he had not been responding. She explained then that she reached out to Brian (the owner) who was shooting a wedding at the time. She explained he was very disappointed that this happened and he was going to edit the photos himself for us the following day and that he was going to "take care of us" by maybe discounting our wedding or tossing in a free service. I want to state our issue was not with the amount of time it was taking to get the photos back, as we know it is a busy season for the company. Our issue is that the company went silent after the shoot and gave no updates whatsoever. If they had said it will take 2 months that is ok, but at least let the paying clients know they haven't been forgotten. My fiancé was very angry with this however I decided to give them another chance. I even inquired about doing another engagement shoot for my sister and I because she is engaged as well. We received the photos the next day. They were nice. Brian emailed me and asked if everything was ok and I said yes because I thought he was going to discount for us like the coordinator stated he would. That never happened. Still willing to give them a chance and then one night on the knot I noticed the other profiles for the company. I saw 2 negative reviews under one profile I hadn't seen prior. Again, negative reviews are not upsetting as no company is 100% perfect. It was the way Brian and his company responded to the reviews that made me completely horrified of trusting these people at my wedding. In one of the responses to the negative review Brian named the husband and wife by their first and last names completely exposing their identities. He also stated in his response some embarrassing moments for the couple on their big day for the public to see. I was horrified a business owner could respond in such a cruel manner. Despite if the review was accurate or not there's a way to handle it. I asked to cancel my booking and they denied a refund. Brian stated the money had already been distributed to the photographers to hold the date. It's a year in advance they have plenty of time to rebook the date. My mother ran into Brian at a wedding expo and she made a comment to him about denying a refund of $1700 that is now drained from my already limited wedding fund. She also mentioned the review responses and he said he's a person that is "eye for an eye" and too bad because I already signed the contract. As a business owner he can refund the money but won't because it's all about money for him. He does not care about people at all. Do you want someone at your wedding with the mindset of "eye for an eye" to justify publicly humiliating clients? Needless to say as much as he stood by what he had done I later went back to those reviews and he has now edified the original responses! How is he going to say he's done nothing wrong but then cover the tracks? I know I won't be seeing my money back but I want to advise you all there are so many wonderful photographers out there, do not settle for anything less!

Richard and Andrea are a wonderful team who perfectly balance working with us and guiding us to achieve the best end result possible. Their editing skills are top notch and they are always so kind and thoughtful - they're true professionals. Our overall experience easily ranks 5/5, the only detail worth noting is that we had SO many incredible photos that when we worked with our wedding album designer, we originally had a 2 hour time slot scheduled and needed much more time than that to review our photos for the first time + review/edit/approve the digital book before it went to print. Jovon came highly recommended and seemed organized and professional upfront. Before the wedding,…read morecommunication was great--but once the event was over and they were fully paid, everything fell apart. We submitted a detailed shot list in advance, which the lead photographer, Lena, admitted she barely glanced at and chose to ignore. Important, personal photos we requested were completely missed--and somehow, we were blamed. Even though she admitted fault, we were told timelines were the issue. There was no accountability, and no apology. The video team missed a key moment from our reception and gave us a rushed trailer with mismatched music. When we flagged the errors (that should've been caught with a basic review), we were told we'd have to wait two more months for a revision. Absurd. We were constantly following up on every piece of this process--Photoshop edits, album corrections, video revisions. There was no quality control, no urgency, and we were the ones catching their mistakes over and over again. We even drove out to meet with them in person to get things resolved. Jovon, the owner, made a lot of promises--that we'd be made a priority, that things would be expedited. But afterward? Nothing. He called once, said he'd follow up, and then disappeared. No resolution, no genuine accountability. The admin, Lisa, was rigid with her limited schedule and not helpful when trying to coordinate team meetings. The editing team was sweet and you could tell they really cared to make us happy, but clearly inexperienced--we had to walk them through multiple corrections on video calls they'd never done before. For the price we paid, this lack of professionalism was shocking. The only bright spot was Carlos, their lead videographer. He was kind, positive, and tried his best--but unfortunately, his efforts were drowned out by the team's carelessness. In the end, we did get our final photos and videos only because we spent countless personal hours managing their process, reviewing everything ourselves, and doing the job they should have been doing. We really hate writing a review like this--especially about a family-owned business--but we gave them so many chances to make it right, and they just didn't care enough. If you're considering Jovon Photography: they will treat you like a priority until your wedding is over. After that, you'll be chasing them for months, fixing their mistakes, and left heartbroken by how little care is given to your most important memories.
