The complicated part was transferring the proceeds of the sale to our bank account in the USA. A different legal firm that we had previously contacted wouldn't even offer the option of a wire transfer whereas Neil had done such transfers in the past. They can be complicated for large sums of money. Neil managed to negotiate his way through the process and the money arrived in our bank account at a favorable currency exchange rate.
