We hired Tricia Rosatti from TLC Pet Services to watch our dogs and house sit while we went on vacation to Hawaii. On the fourth day, Tricia, texted us and said she was not comfortable in our home because we had a security camera in the front room facing the door and that the dogs were waking her up in the night to let them go out. We paid her ahead of time and she refuses to refund our money. No one that is willing to leave dogs while their family is on vacation should be in the pet business. If I could give negative stars I would. Tricia Rosatti from TLC Pet Services is aweful, unprofessional, uncaring and downright nasty. We paid her cash in full, upfront, to hold our holiday spot. Due to declining health in our elderly dog, we had to cancel. This was 32 days before care was scheduled. Her contract states a 48 hour cancellation period is required. She told me she isn't obligated to return our money. She also made a sad attempt to put a local competitor out of business by a bogus complaint and I hope Karma finds her very soon! read more
