I was obvious that they knew what they were doing and proceeded to safely and quickly dispose of this imposing monster that was in my yard. ( I am highly allergic to this tree and was so glad to see it go. ) They removed all of the roots and ground the tree stump and manicured the area so you would never know it was there. In addition to doing a great job with this tree, they removed a few other smaller trees and trimmed up some overgrown branches. When finished my yard was beautiful and clean. They cleaned and raked all of the debris and even finished with the leaf blower to make sure it was spotless! SO IMPRESSED! I highly recommend calling Bill Cantrell and his crew. The price was lower than I expected and the quality of work far surpassed my expecations. They were professional, courteous and fast. Well done Southern Touch!

When I asked Alex at Bright Exteriors if he was up to surprising my husband with a lighting demo, he was all in. I worked out a date night with the hubby and while we were out, Alex set everything up. When we pulled up to the Bright Exteriors demo, my husband's surprise was genuine and delighted! Alex's demo is amazing, we had the ability to move and adjust all of the lighting elements, and light different areas of the house and yard, just to see what it would look like. Alex was incredibly enthusiastic to hear our ideas and try anything. Our happiness was his number one priority, and it was So. Much. Fun. Alex has a great eye for lighting design, and it wasn't long before we had the perfect layout. The installation was professional, we love the fixtures (Bright Exteriors has several options to choose from), and the end result makes such a difference in the look of our house. We are so happy with the design, it is beautiful. I highly recommend Alex and Bright Exteriors, and we will be using him again to add lighting to more features.

This is a follow up to my previous review on 11/9/24. Mr…read more Durgan, your departure was abrupt while I was working with the Spectrum tech having my internet cable restored that you had severed. When you told me you e-mailed me the final invoice for the project, I told you I could not review it at that time. You insisted you had bills to pay and needed the remaining balance immediately. At a glance I did notice that you had only given me credit for $12,000 previously paid when in reality it was $14,000. You gave no explanation but did make the change. If I had had the time to review, I would have noted that you charged me for YOUR mistakes and redos to try to make the water feature operate properly. It was very clear after 6 weeks that you were way over your head. You did not have the resources or the skill set for this project. If I was happy when you left it was because I would not be having someone run over my sprinkler heads, take out my irrigation piping, sever internet cable, run your equipment into my brand new fence and drip oil all over my driveway. You have got to be kidding if you think I want you to come back for further damage to my property!
