1-Star Review I'm…read moreextremely disappointed by what I've learned about the handling of patient information at this dispensary. There are serious concerns that budtenders may be using confidential patient information to provide their friends or personal acquaintances with discounts on cannabis products. Patient information should be treated with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism--not as a way to give personal friends an advantage. If these allegations are accurate, this is a serious breach of trust and raises major concerns about how patient information is being accessed and used. Customers and patients deserve to know that their personal information is protected and that discounts and benefits are being applied fairly and according to company policy. I was also disappointed by my interaction with Melody, the store owner, who I found to be rude. During the interaction, she made comments that I perceived as racist and stated that she would win any complaint made against her establishment. These remarks and her attitude made the situation even more concerning and left me feeling that customer complaints would not be taken seriously. The Cannabis Control Division will be investigating this situation, including the concerns regarding patient information, discount practices, and the handling of customer complaints.

It's been a long time since I took working out seriously enough to invest in supplements, so I…read moredecided to pay GNC a visit because it was open on Sunday and the other store I knew about that carried sports supplements was closed. I wanted some creatine--whatever was most affordable and reliable--and the woman in the store assured me that their GNC brand Amplified Creatine 189 capsules were the most sought after in the store, so I took her word. I thought the price tag of $40 bucks for 120 pills was steep, but if that's what it was then okay. Then I find out Amazon.com carries the same thing for $13.75 (or 19.99 with free shipping, depending on which option you choose). I also did some research and found much more advanced, higher performing options, so I felt not only like I paid way too much but that I was also misled. The GNC worker may have truly represented what people buy most often in _her_ store, but it's hardly giving the full picture. If you want good supplements don't make my mistake: do your research and order online.
