Thank goodness for their work. I woke up to a black PC screen, altered states of icons and locked app software. I took it in thinking the worst, and they were able to troubleshoot the problems. I got access back into my software without requesting another download from the company in LA. My icons lost their wandering steroid ways and Gosh I'm Happy!
