There are clothes for children up to 10 and adults but nothing for in between (so much for keeping a loyal customer base). I go into this shop a lot but can never be bothered with the hassle of shopping in it. If I want Next clothes I go to a bigger store or their retail outlet at Junction One.

The ladies stuff is downstairs in this store and the men's and children's is upstairs. Although a well lit, clean shop it is definitely too cramped to cater for what Next has to offer and you get the feeling that there isn't even a small amount in this shop that can be found in the catalogue. The staff don't always seem too friendly or willing to help much. Located in Fairhill shopping centre so no problem with parking.

A little pricey but you get what you pay for and they always have something that you'd love to buy. Stock changes often enough to prevent everyone wearing identical clothes to you but not so often that you don't feel up-to-date. They also sell vouchers so you can drop big hints to relatives and save their offence when they knit you a lovely present.

They have really trendy clothes, handbags, shoes and accessories in here although they can be quite expensive. The best time to go would be sale time when they have rails ranging from £5. They also have a large men's section in this shop. It is a well lit shop with good space and good fitting rooms :) The staff can be quite helpful (apart from the odd few). As it is located in Fairhill Shopping centre there is no problem with parking :)

I know it is usually sale lines and there to attract people into the shop, but it can mean for a lot of bumping into other shoppers. I would like to see a bit more space around some of the displays downstairs but on the whole, upstairs is fine. One tip, rember they sell handbags in the upstairs department at very reasonable prices - you may be pleasantly surprised.

Clothes are usually too expensive (for non-brand name) unless they are in a sale. Their fluffy (spotty and striped) socks are sooooo cosy and they sold some brilliant fleecy hooded jackets a while back too. I also like their luxury towels as they stay really soft. Staff are friendly and helpful but I don't like their changing rooms as they are shared by everyone, there aren't enough (2 between men, women and children) and they're right beside a busy till.
