From brainstorming a brand and creating a logo, to designing the style, layout, verbiage, and features of my website, Sinoun was patient with my indecisiveness along the entire journey. I barely needed to make any adjustments before going live because she knew exactly what I wanted to achieve with my website both functionally and visually. Sinoun has been very responsive to my questions and requests. I couldn't be happier with my website or the service that I have received. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

You are welcome to read my posting of BBM at google reviews. Rick and Annette did an excellent job resurrecting the disastrous job BBM failed to do and got my web site up and running. Moreover, the heavy hitter, John, stepped in to address an unrelated but related issue concerning my problems with my 365 MS/GoDaddy issues. John went above and beyond the call of duty to hold GoDaddy's tech support' feet to the fire to get to the bottom of why I was unable to send and receive ALL my emails. GoDaddy disappointed here but John was persistent, and we finally made progress with the complicated creation of making SPF records and DKIM records that GoDaddy REFUSED to create!!! I got my money's worth signing up with Modern Web Studios because it is obvious, they care about their customers! They don't just talk the talk, they deliver!

This company has been destroyed I assume. It never used to be like this tho...I knew the CEO of the…read morecompany and we used to have a nice partnership when it came to music and promotion but once he got put on the map as the #1 music promotion company in the US or world, things changed and so did he. He claimed I scammed him but I never did. I called out someone from his camp named Javoe who did a YouTube campaign for me but I noticed bots instantly and he ended up running off with my money. I wanna say about 2 years ago I had rebuilt my relationship with the CEO of OMM, he saw my review on Trustpilot and asked if I could take the review down, that was my mistake and that's how I got mislead. He did a few promotions for me which were going well then the minute I stopped paying for the promotions because it was no longer needed for a song, he stopped responding to me. He started ignoring my emails, text messages, calls. It started to go back to square one, I don't know if his company has been bought but they've been refunding me because the engagement volume for my music was "too low" but that was probably another way of them saying they can't put any money into the promotion as well. Oh yes, I know how their operation works when it comes to promotion but I pay them since I can't be on top of promoting music 24/7 while maintaining a 9-5. When the music scene got exposed, OMM went into hiding, then here comes a podcast with the CEO. Now he's posting stories on his IG but ignoring everything else. I guess it's time to say Goodbye to Organic Music Marketing, it was a pleasure working with this company when it was still underground. UPDATE: The CEO of the company contacted me personally the day after I made this review. It's crazy that a 1 star review will get him to talk and he's telling me "Please, if there's anything I can do, let me know" when he knows exactly what's going on. I do believe Mike Logan is not a real person and the CEO is covering up his tracks but like I said, it was nice when it was underground. Now that music has shifted, they're trying different things to stay relevant. I'll be talking more on this situation in a podcast soon, I will give another update about where to hear it.

We thought because they were…read morea USA based company, that we would be dealing with people in the USA but after the contract was signed we were assigned to an India based developer. We were alloted a 30 minute once a week zoom meeting. It appeared to us that they only worked on the project just before the weekly meeting. If the agreed upon weekly goals were not met they just made excuses. Our agreement with them was to create a personalized product website with a custom coded image editing feature. After nearly 2 years and $20,000+, we still do not have a website that is useable. They were capable of cobbling other company's plug-ins to a wordpress template. But they were not able to write any original code for the required image editor. The resulting website is bug ridden and very slow. We tried patiently to work with their programmers to resolve all of the issues but they simply were not capable of fixing the bugs without creating different problems. After a frustrating nearly 2 years of once a week meetings and paying them much more than was quoted we have given up. Buyer Beware!!!!!
