When I arrived home and took my rifle out they had removed the bolt and forgot to put it back in, drove all the way back to the store where they acted like it was funny, and laughed about it. Strike three: had them order a cam for my Mathews bow, they gave me an eta of two weeks. Called after three weeks and was told they had received the cam but lost it, it would be another two weeks. I was in dire need to kill some time before my street hockey game in the West End Kroger parking…read morelot, so I stopped at Cabela's near the horrid, maniac-filled South Ridge shopping center. At first, I had high hopes, but as soon as I pulled in, my pupils were confused by the parking lot's green stop signs. Every single stop I've ever seen elsewhere is the same color as my head after putting Rectal Rocket Fuel hot sauce on my crisps, so I didn't even stop. Green means go away! After that confusing ordeal, I walked inside and was greeted by a respectful young lad who was desperate for me to sign up for the store's rewards program. The gentlemen behind me budged at least, so the employee got his commission for the day. The GM won't be seeing my email on the monthly sign-ups report that he'll probably send to the regional fatcat. This slice of my pie is mine. Everything here is so expensive. The one walleye in the fish tank told me he doesn't even get an employee discount on the live bait. To make matters worse, I couldn't find a hockey stick for the game later either. They have a nice selection of Rugers in the Gun Library, though. I didn't buy anything, so I took a leak at the loo, admired the nice variety of outdoor cooking equipment and kayaks, and left. I'll be back when Planet Fitness turns back into Toys R Us.

I snuck over and asked the ladies if it was okay if my teen could get his picture taken, too. They were so kind. They told me people of all ages 0 to 70+ get their pictures with Santa. They have a lot of adults. It took some convincing, but I told my son this would be the best present ever. It was great. The packages were reasonable. The girls said I could take as many pictures and videos that I want. Santa was a real sport about it. The pictures turned out better than I ever imagined. You get a free 4x6 even if you don't buy a package. They took multiple poses of my son, so I bought a package for one pose and got freebies of the others. They also send you holiday videos with each pose for free. Hands down, this was the best place we'd ever went to for Santa pics. We went yesterday around 1 after my son's orthopedic surgeon appt (he plays football for Riverside and got injured this year). There was virtually no crowd at this time. Highly recommend!

My friend got such a great deal on the smoker that we thought they made a mistake at the register. Nope, just a great deal.

This location is huge and has metered parking right out front. Inside, you'll find everything Marshall-related you could ever want. As a medical student here, it's great to be able to walk in and buy merchandise specific to our program as gifts for my family and friends. I feel their prices are fair considering the high quality of the items, and they are generous in working with special sales-related fundraisers like the Class of 2021's scholarship fundraiser. Given the size of the place, it can sometimes be a challenge to find what you're looking for, though the staff is always quick to offer their help in hunting down that specific item you need. Overall, Glenn's is awesome and I am glad that Marshall works so closely with them rather than some big national megacorp. Kudos to them both!
