The following day I got 3 different quotes for other companies, $375, $400 and $400. Then he called me back 2 week later to say if the tree had not been cut down he could now do it for me for $400. I told him the tree had already been cut down and again he refuse to refund my $100 down payment. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. I have reported him to the NC attorney general for price gouging.
