Not only did he not show up, he did not reach out to say he was no longer available or was not able to come nor did he respond to the message I sent him. Terrible way to do business. I called Joe for an electrical problem that we were having, half my house was without power. He…read morecame the next day and was very courteous and professional. He was happy to wear a mask and let me Lysol his shoes before entering. This really meant a lot to us. He took his time in locating the problem and even though he had only come for an estimate on the job, he was able to locate the trouble and get us power back to our whole house. I am so grateful to have come across this wonderful handyman. He even tightened a loose drain pipe he spotted while looking at an outlet under the sink. He listened to all of our concerns and was not in a hurry to get out of the house. He also took time in explaining everything to us. Joe was respectful and made sure to clean up anything that was left behind. We are so thrilled to have power back in our entire house and to have Joes number tucked away in my phone for many future jobs. In fact he is coming back this week to help us out again. I also appreciated Joe's pricing. He did not take advantage of 2 women who needed help. He is above and beyond any of our expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
